Please select the items you wish to purchase carefully. Please refer to the sizing chart attached to each costume for specific sizing information on the product. Always remember that you are purchasing a costume, not apparel.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO TRY ON COSTUMES WHEN THEY ARRIVE!
After receiving your costume if you find that the sizing is incorrect, please email us email@example.com. We will give you instructions on the exchange process. Costumes must arrive back in the same condition that you received it. The original bag and header, as well as all components to your exchange must also be included. Credit will not include shipping costs.
The following items are NOT returnable or exchangeable:
lingerie, wigs, masks, makeup, beards and props, as well as clearance items.
Last day for exchanges to guarantee ground delivery by October 31 st will be Oct. 26 th.
Any unauthorized returns or refusal of original order will not receive credit. These refusals or returns are generally not received by Halloweenstreet, therefore, never processed.
